Industry Experience
Paul White brings 25 years of experience in the aerospace industry, combining deep technical expertise with proven leadership across program management, systems engineering, and software engineering. His career spans work on a wide range of complex aerospace platforms, including ICBMs, the A-10, Airbus A400M, and Big Safari, supporting customers in the U.S. Government, private sector, and international organizations in France and South Korea. He currently serves as a Space Force Senior Advanced Systems Engineer at Revolution Technologies, supporting General Dynamics, and has previously held key roles at organizations such as BAE Systems, Raytheon, L3Harris, Bechtel, Hyundai, and Astronautics Corporation of America. Across these roles, he has consistently contributed to the development, integration, and sustainment of mission-critical systems.
In addition to his industry experience, Paul has a strong academic and professional foundation that reinforces his systems thinking approach. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and East Texas A&M University, respectively, along with a graduate certificate in Systems Engineering and Architecting from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is an adjunct professor of systems engineering at Weber State University and is recognized as an Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) by INCOSE—one of only four engineers in Utah to hold this distinction. Paul is also an active contributor to the systems engineering community, having presented at, coordinated, and led multiple regional and international conferences, as well as serving in officer roles across several INCOSE chapters.
