First, you should realize that you are not alone. Many people, including those with advanced math skills, experience math anxiety from time to time. One of the best strategies you can use is to work in a group with other students who are struggling with the same material. As you help each other, you will find support and be able to support others. This can greatly increase your confidence. Ask the tutor on duty about helping you join a study group on campus.

Also, try not to be too hard on yourself. A bad grade, or a series of them, can make you feel like giving up. It is very important for you to get help and support from others when you are feeling this way. You can succeed!

Last but not least, be realistic about the amount of time and effort that is required to succeed in math. For example, spending two hours on math six days per week will be much more effective than cramming twelve hours all at once. If you feel yourself growing frustrated, take a break! When you come back, you may see things a little more clearly. If not, talk to your tutor about other strategies you can use.
