Studying Digital Media at Weber State

The digital media program combines communication-focused study with technical skills in audio and video production and content development. This emphasis is a good fit for students who want to communicate with audiences via video, audio and the web.

WSU also offers stackable associate's degrees in digital media. They stack with both the digital media emphasis in Communication and the interdisciplinary Film Studies degree.

Digital Media Highlights

In the digital media program, you will have the opportunity for a cooperative work experience with Studio 76, Weber State’s student-run video production studio that produces a variety of shows.

Nick Garrett

“My favorite thing was the access to the production studio in the library and editing cave. It gave me hands-on experience in an atmosphere where I was able to create relationships with other people in my major.”
