Lorenzo is the Sustainability Coordinator for Ogden City. He was the first to occupy the position when it was created in 2023, and is working to create a more resilient city. He was born in Provo, but spent most of his youth in Oregon and Florida before returning to Utah to attend Utah State University. As Ogden City's Sustainability Coordinator, he has led projects such as a grant-funded fleet electric vehicle pilot program, the addition of Ogden's first public charging stations, and the implementation of recycling at the Ogden Twilight Concert Series. He leads the Ogden Sustainability Committee and serves as Ogden's alternate board member on the Community Renewable Energy Agency.
