Caroline Moreno is the Prevention Bureau Manager at the Salt Lake County Health Department. She has served both community and planet in her career, coordinating coalitions and partnerships around community health, as well as leading nonprofit conservation programs and organizations at HawkWatch International and The Nature Conservancy. Caroline revels in leading groups through structured strategic processes to build community-driven, data-informed strategic plans. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University as well as a Masters of Public Administration and a Masters of International Relations from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. Additional certifications include the Climate Change and Health Certificate from the Yale School of Public Health. Caroline enjoys living in unexpected places and in unexpected ways and has recently transformed her front yard into an overgrown vegetable garden with help from her talented husband and two daughters.
