Internship Information and Resources for Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff can access resources to support student internships, including tools like internship agreement forms, Canvas Commons course materials, and the INT Attribution application. It also outlines ways to assist students by connecting them with industry contacts, referring them to Career Services and Wildcat Handshake, and collaborating with the internship team to enhance internship opportunities and access.

How can faculty help students find internships?
Students are encouraged to talk to faculty members about possible connections in the industry or suggestions of organizations they can contact.

Wildcat Advantage also supports faculty in developing employer relationships to help students obtain internships.
- Faculty are encouraged to share any employer contacts with our internship outreach team and the Wildcat Advantage staff so we can make that information available to students more widely through Wildcat Handshake.
- Faculty can direct students to Wildcat Advantage for additional information and opportunities, as well as help with internships, in addition to their specific internship coordinator.
