HP Lab Testing via the ENS Club

If you are student with a declared major of Exercise and Sports Science or Nutrition Education, you qualify for free testing with the Human Performance Lab! 

• If you are interested in scheduling an appointment with the lab, please fill out this interest form. 

  • Once submitted, lab personnel will contact you to set up an appointment!

• Walk-ins and same day testing is not available. 
• Confirmation of students' declared major will be done before testing begins.
