Where can I meet other First Gen students?

What is the workload like in college, and how can I manage my time effectively?

A full-time student takes between 12-15 credit hours. You can plan your workload while meeting with your academic advisor. Academic advisors can provide guidance tailored to your needs and goals.

Are there tutoring and academic support services on campus?

Yes, Weber State University offers tutoring and academic support services to assist you in your studies. Learning Support & Tutoring Services provides resources and support in a variety of subjects to help you succeed academically.

How do I access mental health and counseling services?

The Counseling & Psychological Services Center provides therapy and self-help options. Students can participate in groups, get single-session support or use online tools such as TAO to help with stress and anxiety.
