Title IX Training Materials
Per Title IX (34 CFR, 106) regulation, Weber State University is required to publicly share all materials used to train Title IX personnel at the University. Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process. The University shall make these training materials publicly available on its website and continue posting materials to the extent necessary to comply with federal regulations.
The Title IX regulations were effective on August 20, 2020. All trainings attended by the noted individuals above meet the required training components of (Title IX 34 CFR 106 45(b)10(i)D(ii).
