Employee Appreciation Day is excited to introduce a new bougie thrift-type activity at EAD 2026: the WSU Swag Swap!

Do you ever wonder how you're going to use up your items from previous events or programs?
Maybe it's just a few items, a box or two, or a closet full of stuff? 

We got you! Donate your excess items to this year’s Employee Appreciation Day!

We welcome any department-or university-branded or affiliated items such as apparel, drinkware, bags, office supplies, and more. We'll give Weber folks the chance to refresh their Weber gear for free and everyone is happy! 

It’s a great way to clear out extra inventory, reduce waste, and give your swag a second life as an EAD souvenir.

All YOU have to do is submit your donation through our online form by Sept 15th. After submitting your donation form, an EAD Team member will contact you to arrange pickup.
