Give Your Department Swag A Second Chance at Life!

The Employee Appreciation Day (EAD) planning committee is excited to introduce a new bougie thrift-type activity at EAD 2026: the WSU Swag Swap!

How can your department help make this a success? Donate your excess items to this year’s Employee Appreciation Day!

We welcome any and department-or university-branded non-used items such as apparel, drinkware, bags, office supplies, and more. It’s a great way to clear out extra inventory, reduce waste and give your swag a second life as an EAD souvenir.

All YOU have to do is submit a donation through our online form by Sept 15th. After submitting your donation form, an EAD Team member will contact you to arrange pickup.
