WSU Supervisor Roundtables
Facilitated by Employee Engagement and Success
Join us for our 4th year of Roundtables. During 2026-27 we'll gather quarterly to connect with colleagues and peers across campus as well as hear from resident experts and receive real-time answers and insight to the challenges you currently face.
Designed with you in mind, these roundtables were created with the goal of creating a space that is helpful for you as you seek to lead and manage your team successfully. Each roundtable includes a short presentation on a topic to help you in your supervisor role. During each presentation you'll experience scenarios and role plays as you engage at your tables gaining insights from peers to help you address challenges and situations specific to your team and department.
Coming together periodically throughout the year allows everyone to share insights, tips, and tricks on how to manage employees well. We look forward to seeing you.
