Increased Timeline for Requesting Space

The timeline for requesting space in the union has been extended permanently. All requests from on-campus groups must be made at least 14 days in advance through the online portal. All paperwork must be submitted at least 10 days in advance. We cannot accommodate requests made within 14 days, so please plan ahead. Faculty and staff may request an individual account by visiting Registered clubs may have one account under the email registered with the SIL office.
