About
Michelle Terry is the Administrative Specialist for the Business Administration & Marketing Department. She comes to Weber State University with an extensive background in educational administration. A native of South Africa, she emigrated to the United States after receiving her bachelor of fine arts degree, and after living for a time in Louisiana and Texas, she settled in Utah and has spent most of her professional career in administrative support of K-12 educational institutions.
Her most recent experience prior to joining the Weber State team included Digital Product Management for a K-12 Social Studies Textbook publisher, and Administrative Services Management for Venture Academy Public Charter School in northern Utah (Michelle currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of that organization). Her focus has been on improving the experience of each student, and she brings that focus to her position at Weber State.
Hobbies
In her free time you will most likely find Michelle horseback riding, binge watching the British Baking Show, and having adventures with her husband and two children, which could include a range of anything from family game night to spontaneous weekend trips to exotic destinations.
