Normal Jones Golf Tournament

Hosted by the School of Accounting, Finance & Taxation

After retiring from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Petty Officer in 1994, Normal Jones came to Weber State University to obtain his Bachelors in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting/Tax. In 2001, Normal passed away due to complications from exposure to Agent Orange. Normal loved many things: his family, his corvette, Weber State, flying his airplane — and golf. In his memory, his loving wife Sue, established the Normal Jones Scholarship to support scholarships for the School of Accounting, Finance & Taxation.

Sponsorship Opportunities

As a sponsor, you’ll enjoy a range of benefits and exposure. Breakfast and lunch are included for sponsors in attendance. Sponsors will receive verbal recognition at the luncheon. We are happy to include sponsors’ flyers and swag items in the player swag bags. Products must be delivered to the School of Accounting, Finance & Taxation one week before the tournament.

Hole sponsors have the opportunity to set up a display booth to interact with golfers and distribute their company’s marketing material. Hole sponsors will need to bring their own table, chairs, tent, coolers, etc. for their display booth on the course.

100% of the proceeds are applied to the Normal Jones scholarship. Help change a student’s life by providing financial support and having loads of fun while fostering spirited and lasting ties among alumni and friends!
