About

Stevenson’s interdisciplinary art practice includes installation, printmaking, mixed media, and an emerging interest in social art practices.

Her work explores the fluid, paradoxical, and multifaceted nature of human perception and memory, particularly in the mundane and detailed moments of life.

“I find it curious that we can have such a fixed notion of who we are, how we know ourselves and the world around us. ‘Possibility’ however, along with its companion ‘creativity,’ reside in the crevices and fissures of those moments and spaces where we let go of this stasis and certainty, where we sift and knead the dense, often incongruent, layers of experience and personal archeology.”

Her work is exhibited regionally, nationally and internationally.
