About
Albert Choi is an Assistant Professor of Graphic Design, specializing in Experience Design (XD), User Experience (UX), Brand Experience (BX), Interaction Design (IxD), User Interface (UI), Information Design (ID), and Environmental Graphic Design (EGD), with a focus on culture and branding. His design perspective is shaped by his U.S. Air Force service and experiences in the USA, Europe, and Asia. His philosophy of "Logical Sensitivity and Culture Code" led to IBL-UX/BX projects using Design Thinking and 4D-UX to provide students with job and career experience.
He led a nationwide research project on Korea's New National Address System, which influenced Korea’s culture, economy, and identity. He also initiated "Life is Art Inspired," highlighting how art can transform everyday moments into sources of beauty and meaning. He has exhibited thematic art/design shows in the USA, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. His designs are part of the permanent collections at the U.S. Library of Congress.
