Study Room Policy

Fall and Spring Semesters
To ensure availability for academic purposes, study rooms are reserved for student academic course work and study. Students can reserve these spaces online up to 14 days in advance.

Alternative spaces may be scheduled by faculty and staff, or others needing a meeting, event, or conference venue. Contact Davis Events Scheduling at davisevents@weber.edu for assistance. (Fees may apply. Academic courses are given first priority.)

Summer Semester and Semester Breaks
If available, faculty and staff needing a meeting, event, or conference venue may schedule the DSC 104, DSC 105, and DSC 106 study rooms up to two hours per day. Spaces can be reserved online up to 14 days in advance.

Virtual Courses and Proctorio Testing

  • Students must use headphones with a microphone, so as not to disturb other study rooms.
  • Davis Stewart Center study rooms are NOT recommended as Proctorio testing environments. Outside noise and interruptions cannot be controlled in these areas and your test may be flagged. Choosing to use this as a Proctorio testing environment is done at your own discretion.
  • While these alternative options may meet your needs, we cannot promise that your connection to your class will be uninterrupted.
