Kajsa Hendrickson is a sustainability leader, facilitator, and bridge builder. She brings ten years of experience working with government, academia, private sector, and nonprofits. She holds a bachelor's degree in global politics from Washington State University and a master's degree in Peace and Justice from the Kroc School at the University of San Diego. Kajsa’s expertise is at the intersection of the Just Energy Transition, environmental justice, and stakeholder engagement. She led the marketing, education, and outreach for California’s largest solar incentive program. She advised Fortune 500 companies on sustainability and stakeholder engagement to create mutually-beneficial climate solutions, facilitating engagements for multinational corporations and utilities. Most recently, Kajsa led federal policy efforts to scale just and equitable carbon removal solutions with Carbon180. Now, Kajsa is consulting on sustainability and stakeholder engagement through BiomeWest. Kajsa's work experience has taken her from China to Thailand, Switzerland, and Rwanda but she always returns to the Wasatch Front that she loves.
