Kevin Garlick is the Power Resource Manager for Utah Municipal Power Agency, a consortium of six cities near Provo. Prior to that he was Director of Provo City Power. He has extensive experience working with the public, with elected officials, and with power providers to obtain reliable power at the best rates and with the lowest practical carbon footprint.
