Ivan’s real estate experience ranges from management, to being an active real estate agent, to overseeing the development of mixed-use conversions and ground-up properties. All the projects Ivan has worked on are Energy Star and Enterprise Green Communities certified, emphasizing high efficiency and livability standards. Since 2015, Ivan’s work has been focused on the efficient electrification of multifamily properties with the goal of a clean air future for the state of Utah.

As the developer of Project Open, Citizens West, and several upcoming projects, and as an owner’s representative on Pamela’s Place, Denver Apartments, and Harris Community Village, Ivan has been part of the team leading the effort to build efficient all-electric buildings while reducing construction costs. The team has also worked to power these properties with renewable resources, furthering the effort of a future where housing contributes to cleaner air.

As an immigrant from Argentina, Ivan’s life experience has given him a passion for helping others, especially marginalized populations, have the resources that will allow them to succeed. His work in affordable housing and electrification are results of this life goal.
