Caitlin McLennan is the first Director of Sustainability at Utah State University. Caitlin works with students, staff, and faculty to coordinate sustainability initiatives, set IPCC-aligned sustainability goals, and support the implementation of the institution's sustainability and decarbonization plans.

She holds an MS from Tufts University in Environmental Policy and Planning and a BS in Environment and Natural Resources and Political Science from the University of Wyoming and has supported various organizations' sustainability efforts in her career including the University of Wyoming, the Trust for Public Land, and Bangor Savings Bank.
