At Weber State University, the interior design program gives you the opportunity to foster creativity while also providing the technical background you need to be competitive in the design industry.
Accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) and National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), you will be taught to enhance the quality and function of interior spaces while protecting the health, safety and welfare of the public.
In this program, you will learn the concepts of residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and kitchen and bath design. WSU courses have been developed based on CIDA and NKBA standards. Your classroom learning will be ehanced by practical experience through internships and studio courses, field trips and study abroad experiences.
The program is structured to fit your busy life through online as well as live lecture courses. Upon completion of the program, you will be prepared to enter a design-build network of professions within the design industry as well as be familiar with exam content of professional licensure and certification exams.
