As you are aware, processing Chapter 33 benefits have been extremely slow to both colleges and students.  If you have filed for Chapter 33, and have not received any entitlements yet, you are eligible for up to a $3,000 advance.  Contact the Veterans Administration Regional Office in Salt Lake City for more information.
