Utah and Las Vegas

Program Details

Utah and Las Vegas represent the dichotomy and breadth found in America. Ogden activities will include outdoor rec, small-town life, rural community and farming excursion, and ideal "Americana" college town life. Vegas, by contrast, will demonstrate the commerce and hustle of a large city. By comparing UNLA, Utah State, Weber State, BYU, and the University of Utah, students can learn the difference in structure and mission of universities in the US.

Selection Criteria:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be a high school graduate or above. Preference will be given to international students
  • Students must be able to transverse up to 10 miles a day. The program includes hiking, swimming, and outdoor activities
