The Student Pathways office provides integrated services designed to support students from new student orientation to graduation and beyond. We assist students as they explore different majors and careers, discover their passions, and find the right path for their future. We also support the wider campus community through the coordination and administration of student retention initiatives and advisor training.

At Weber State, we believe that every student’s journey is unique, and our role is to help you reach your goals. Student Pathways exists to connect students with the people, resources, and experiences that support exploration, decision-making, and progress toward graduation and beyond.
Our teams work alongside students at key moments in their journey, from the first questions about college, to selecting a major, to preparing for meaningful careers and lives of impact. Through academic advising, career exploration, orientation, and early alerts, we focus on helping students navigate the university with confidence.
Together, we strive to remove barriers, expand opportunities, and ensure that every student can discover what is possible for their future.
