Summary Report

Recipients of Hemingway Vitality Grants, Research and Professional Grants, Innovative Teaching Grants, Hemingway Faculty Excellence or Collaborative, and Hemingway New Faculty must complete the summary report upon completion of the project using the linked form below. 

If you are submitting an appendix, combine all appendix materials and submit as a single PDF file. Label the PDF with your last name and awarded grant year (ex: LastName_Vitality_Spring2026).
