Prohibition of Weapons on Campus

POLICY
 

A. No individual may have weapons in his/her possession at any time on University property, except on-duty law enforcement officers and persons authorized under Utah State law.

B. Weapons are defined as firearms, knives, explosives, inflammable materials or any other instrument that may be used to do bodily injury or damage to property.  Firearms are addressed under PPM 5-35a, Firearms on Campus.

C. Violations of this policy may result in the suspension or expulsion of the individual from the institution.
