II. POLICY

A. All conferences, workshops, sports camps and special programs shall be coordinated and scheduled by Continuing Education.

B. A master calendar of conferences, workshops, sports camps and special programs will be maintained in Continuing Education and will be closely coordinated with the master calendar of events.
