Each application must be accompanied by a $60 (U.S.) application fee ($95 for international / non-U.S. resident applicants). This may be paid with a credit card using the online application form.

International Applicants
International applicants will complete additional paperwork to comply with university and U.S. immigration regulations. If you have questions about the Weber State University admissions process for international applicants, you may contact the Weber State University International Student and Scholar Center.
Additional Requirements
1. Evaluated Transcripts.
You must have a foreign credential evaluation company provide a course-by-course evaluation. Visit the International Student & Scholar Center website for a list of approved companies. An overall GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale is required from the undergraduate program in which the bachelor’s degree is earned.
2. Take the TOEFL or IELTS.
All international students and any applicant educated outside the U.S. must demonstrate proficiency in English and are required to submit scores for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International Language Testing System (IELTS) which is not more than two years old. (TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) = 75 overall, with a minimum of 17 in each category: OR IELTS (International English Language Testing System) 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in each category). Students with a bachelor’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited (or equivalent) university where the language of instruction was English may be exempt from English-language proficiency testing.
3. Take the GRE.
GRE scores will be used to make admission decisions but no specific minimum score is required. For information about taking the GRE, go to https://www.ets.org/gre

4. Copy of Passport and Financial Statement.
Once you receive an email offering admittance into the program, you will submit a copy of your passport and a financial statement to the International Student & Scholar Center. Please do not send them to the MSCS Department.
