Energize the Future Summer Camp
- Summer Camp (August 4-7, 2025)
- In this exciting week-long Summer Camp, students will apply engineering principles to create energy projects powered by wind, water, and homemade batteries. Supported by professional engineers, they’ll engage in hands-on activities and collaborate in teams to design their final projects. Also includes the Development Day.
- August 7 | Parents Welcome!
Your student will be finishing up their project and have the opportunity to present it! At the end of the day, awards will be presented based on efficiency, creativity, and more!

- Development Day (August 8, 2025)
- Explore exciting career opportunities in energy engineering! Learn from industry professionals about the diverse career paths in sustainable energy, the skills and education needed to succeed, and how engineers are shaping the future of energy. The event includes a guided tour of energy projects on WSU’s campus.
Designed for 12-14 year-olds, ages 15-18 welcome to participate.
