Tim Funk coordinates the Community Housing Advocacy Program (CHAP) for Crossroads Urban Center in Salt Lake City. He previously served as director of the Utah State Coalition of Senior Citizens and has for decades worked to resolve the housing issues that face thousands of Utah's senior citizens, disabled and working poor families.
