Josh is the lead for government and legislative outreach and corporate affairs for Utah Clean Energy. Josh comes to Utah Clean Energy from Boston, MA, where he headed energy and climate change policy for the Environmental League of Massachusetts, and helped pass a major renewable energy procurement bill that included one of the nation’s largest procurements of offshore wind energy. Josh has spent nearly a decade working at the intersection of state politics and energy and utilities regulation. A native of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, Josh holds a B.A. in History from Davidson College and an M.S. in Law and Public Policy from Northeastern University.
