Account Recovery
Can't log in to your eWeber account? Follow the account recovery steps listed on our Wildcat Passwords page.
Duo Lockout
Need help setting up Duo or need general Duo troubleshooting steps? Visit the Duo general help page for troubleshooting steps and setup instructions.
Locked out of Duo after hours? Use the Duo Unlock Request form to submit a request and an on-call technician will respond to your request as quickly as possible. Note: The form will require authentication using an eWeber username and password, but will not require Duo authentication.
Testing
Having issues taking a test through ChiTester? Visit the Student Online Testing with ChiTester page for help.
Having issues taking a test through Proctorio/Canvas? Visit the Student Online Testing with Canvas page for help.
Are you trying to install the Proctorio extension, but you get an error stating "We are sorry, but you do not have access to this service?" Click the profile icon in the upper right and sign out of your student account. You will be able to install the Proctorio extension and take the test.
