Foundations of Engineering Learning Community

Ready to pursue engineering but feeling held back by math requirements? You don’t have to do it alone! Join this unique Engineering Learning Community designed to fast-track your progress and connect you with a crew of like-minded peers. This learning community provides an opportunity for students to learn important math concepts at an accelerated pace along with basic engineering fundamentals. Students who complete the program will be well-prepared for foundational courses for engineering programs such as calculus, statics, and electrical circuits.

In this program, you’ll tackle the math gap head-on with MATH 1810, covering two semesters of material in just one. Alongside your math course, you’ll take Foundations of College Success and Intro to Interactive Entertainment as a cohort. This means you’ll have the same classmates in every session, building a community of friends who have your back. With specialized advising and instructors who work together to ensure your success, we provide the blueprints—you provide the drive.
