Terms and Definitions
Centralized Scheduling: The process of scheduling general lecture classrooms by the academic scheduling team using AdAstra scheduling software.
Classroom Management: The maintenance, service, and oversight of general lecture classrooms. Maintenance and service is provided by WSU Facilities Management. AV support is provided by WSU IT’s AV Support and Design.
General Lecture Classroom (GLC): A teaching space that contains generalized teaching equipment (projector, whiteboard, etc) but does not contain subject-specific equipment. As such, it could be used to teach any subject or level. Consult the General Lecture Classroom webpage for a list of all general lecture designated rooms.
