Hannah Pierce, HR Director for Young Automotive Group
Now in her sixth year at Young Automotive Group (YAG), Hannah Pierce is currently the HR director for the company. She began at YAG dealership operations as an internet sales manager and customer experience manager. A few years in, she transitioned into HR through Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, eventually stepping into her current role. She also worked at Oz Marketing after starting a career in healthcare administration. Pierce is passionate about people, growth, and leadership development. She credits much of her learning to the leaders she's worked alongside. She believes culture is central to a company's success and loves both sharing her experience and learning from others.

Jonathon Call, Operations Manager for Richard Manufacturing Company
Jonathon Call is the operations manager at Richard Manufacturing Company, an aerospace and defense industry leader building advanced electrical assemblies. Bringing 23 years of company experience, he has been passionate about continuously improving workplace processes and culture. Call served 21 years as a Utah Army National Guard Field Artillery officer, retiring at the rank of major. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University. Call has lived and worked in Ogden, Utah, for the past 30 years.
Jamie Pitt, Victim Coordinator Supervisor and Court Technology Specialist for the Weber County Attorney's Office
Jamie Pitt serves as the victim coordinator supervisor and court technology specialist for the Weber County Attorney’s Office. With over 18 years of service, she oversees the victim witness coordinator team, ensuring consistent, compassionate support for victims and maintaining public‑facing resources. Additionally, she specializes in courtroom technology, preparing multimedia evidence and supporting more than 100 trials through editing, redaction, and presentation development. Pitt holds a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from Weber State University and has completed advanced training in victim advocacy, trial skills, multimedia production, emergency preparedness, and cybersecurity.
Enos Cummings, Engineering Director for 309 SWEG

Enos Cummings serves as the director of the engineering branch at the 309th Software Engineering Group (SWEG), part of the Air Force Sustainment Center’s Software Directorate, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. He is responsible for SWEG’s efforts to identify and adopt innovation through collaboration with small businesses, local and state governments, and academia. He and his team have the goal of expediting development of innovative tools, processes, and technologies into Warfighter capability. Cummings began his civil service career in 1989 at Hill Air Force Base as an intern. He has served in various levels of responsibility and leadership including section chief, interim squadron director, interim business operations director, and director of engineering.
Sterling May, Vice President of Human Resources for the Bank of Utah
Sterling May has been an ice cream scooper at Cold Stone, a restauranteur, a small business manager, an HR professional at a Fortune 50, and now works as vice president of human resources at the Bank of Utah. His true interest is seeking to unlock the potential of managers and teams to be more impactful, innovative, and efficient. He is happily married to the former girlfriend of his college roommate, and he loves hanging out with his four fairly cool boys and one perfect daughter.
