Dental Hygiene

Our Department provides the fundamental and technical skills needed to be employed as a dental hygienist.

Through classroom, clinical and community outreach settings, you will gain experiences that provide you with the skills and knowledge for the interdisciplinary future of dental hygiene!

With a career in Dental Hygiene, you will be helping patients on an individual level. In this program, you will learn fundamental and technical skills needed for the workplace, but you will also learn leadership and research skills. 

The Department of Dental Hygiene offers you a customized education with courses available in hybrid and face-to-face formats. Completing the Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene will lead you into our Bachelor of Sciene program.

    Our two year Dental Hygiene program will help you get started to be licensed and employed  as a Dental Hygienist.
