Donate to CAPES!

CAPES! CORE (Creativity in Occupational Roles and Experiences) is a developing, innovative, community-based program designed for adolescents and teens with developmental disabilities. Developed and overseen by faculty in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Weber State University, the program will be implemented by occupational therapy assistant students under faculty supervision. CAPES! CORE will run concurrently with the well-established CAPES! Program, and is designed to extend its impact by providing age-appropriate opportunities for older youth.

This program is currently under development, but is scheduled to begin Spring Semester 2027.

We anticipate that we will get final details and signup information to parents by October 2026.

We will reach out to parents and families via email.

If you are interested in having your child participate in CAPES! CORE next spring, please fill out the information below, and we will get you on our contact list.
We look forward to partnering with CAPES! and creating a win-win learning opportunity for the amazing youth and university students in our community.
