About
Andrew Keinsley is a Professor of Economics at Weber State University and Director of Research for the Crossroads Economics Center. His teaching and research focus on macroeconomics, monetary and fiscal policy, public finance, and the ways economic policy decisions shape outcomes for households, businesses, and communities. His research has been published in outlets including European Economic Review, Empirical Economics, Economic Modelling, and Economics Letters.
At Weber State, Andrew is especially committed to making economics accessible, practical, and relevant for students and the broader community. He teaches courses in macroeconomics, money and banking, and global macroeconomic conditions, while also developing applied learning opportunities that connect students with real-world economic questions. Through his work with the Crossroads Economics Center, he helps support public-facing research, community engagement, and student-centered projects focused on economic issues in Northern Utah and beyond.
