Weber State University has contracted with EMI Health to administer dental insurance. If you choose dental coverage, Weber State pays 80% of the premium.

Features of dental coverage include:

• 100% coverage of preventive exams
  80% coverage of basic dental procedures

• 50% coverage of prosthetics to a
  maximum of $2,000 per person per year.

• 50% coverage of orthodontic
  charges to a maximum of
  $1,500 per person per lifetime.

These rates are only for faculty/staff who are .75 FTE or greater. If you are less than .75 FTE, contact HR for the rates.
