Women of Color Coalition

Weber State University’s Women of Color Coalition (WOCC) aims to address the concerns of faculty and staff who identify as women of color to build a greater understanding of the social and political climate they face. The coalition also promotes a sense of belonging, cultural awareness, leadership development and the academic and professional advancement of women of color.
