Those most likely to benefit from our LPT program are students who need additional points for acceptance to the Radiography program and students who are trying to gain a better understanding of the profession and whether this career fits their future goals.

The LPT courses also fulfill degree requirements for the AS in Health Sciences - Radiologic Sciences track.

No clinical education or hospital experience is provided during the program.

The LPT program includes four courses (8 credit hours):

  • RADT 1542
  • RADT 1681
  • RADT 2803
  • RADT 2921

All LPT students receive additional ‘points’ on their application for the WSU Radiography program.
