Answer:   You may apply for RN Apprentice JOBS during 3rd semester, but you cannot apply for the RN Apprentice LICENSE until you have successfully completed your 3rd semester classes and you are enrolled in your 4th semester courses. Facilities will hire RN Apprentices ahead of time, contingent on getting the RN Apprentice license when eligible.

Answer:   No, only those who are enrolled in 4th semester courses are eligible for an RNA license.

Answer:   Yes, you will need to submit fingerprints again and they will perform another background check when you apply for your RN license. 

Answer:  Here is the Physical Form required to be filled out. Please have your Physician sign this, and uplaod it into Verfied Credentials.

You need to start the series and upload each vaccine dose as you get them. For hepatitis B, please upload the dose(s) that you have received, delete the prepopulated dates out of the other doses/titer, and submit. This will mark you partially complete. It is then the student's responsibility to use the student handbook and CDC guidelines for the dosing schedule to receive and upload each dose after administration. Verified Credentials will not send email reminders while the student is in a partially complete status. It is the student's responsibility to follow the timeline and upload the doses and titer per the SON student handbook. No deductions will be given if you are in a partially complete state and within the timeline for the next dose. Three percent deductions will begin starting the week after the next dose/titer is due.
