Weber State’s Spanish program is almost entirely proficiency-driven. You’ll have the chance to learn from professors who have a variety of research interests, but are united by their extensive training in how to help you develop the reading, writing and speaking skills you need to excel in a Spanish-speaking future.

Beyond the Classroom

Weber State’s Spanish major offers yearly opportunities to study abroad in a Spanish-speaking country, as well as internships and participation in the Spanish club and Spanish Honor Society.

We also offer a commercial emphasis if you are pursuing a business career.
