Nursing Highlights

Weber State takes a career-ladder approach to nursing education. You can start as beginner, practical nurse or registered nurse, and move up to the next stage of your career.

We offer programs on both of our campuses, in satellite locations, and in hybrid or online formats that have been listed among the best and most affordable nursing programs in the country.

Our School of Nursing graduates more nurses than any other program in Utah, and we are consistently ranked among the top nursing programs in the nation for quality and affordability.

Beyond the Classroom

As a Weber State nursing student, you can study abroad in China to learn about the country’s healthcare system and visit sites like the Great Wall, Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square.

The School of Nursing also helps students connect with professional organizations, preceptorship positions and job opportunities.
