As a Regenerative Design Specialist, Megan Recher works with multiple project teams to help improve regenerative and resilient design and building performance outcomes. Her strong focus on resilient and regenerative design influences projects in a way that creates quality space while simultaneously increasing projects adaptability and flexibility while reducing energy, water, waste, and cost. She is engaged in research and conducting studio workshops and staff development. She worked on the first two RELi Pilot Projects and has led charrettes and training sessions on RELi.   
Megan is Co-Chair of the AIA Resilience and Adaptation Advisory Group.
