Lindsey Hutchison is Utah Rivers Council’s water policy associate. She received her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law where she completed concentrations in Environmental & Natural Resources Law and Ocean & Coastal Law. She has worked for seven environmental nonprofits and at URC she focuses on water conservation campaigns, coalition building, education, and legal research. Lindsey’s paper on mitigating fishing industry concerns while promoting offshore wind is being published in the Journal of Environmental Law & Litigation in April 2022.
