Shelby Stults manages AEE’s state legislative and candidate education program. In this role she works across the policy team to help build political capital for the advanced energy industry. Prior to joining AEE, Shelby was a Community Program Coordinator at Utah Clean Energy, where she worked on policy implementation focusing on energy efficiency for Utah municipalities. While at Utah Clean Energy, she also assisted with regulatory priorities related to integrated resource planning and incorporation of equity stakeholder feedback in electricity rate case proceedings.
