Faculty & Staff Connecting With Students!
Mentoring is a meaningful relationship between two parties that are aligned with the desire to help one another with set goals and purposeful interactions. There is an exchange of knowledge, information, support, and advice over a period of time. Mentors are more experienced in their institutional/organizational context and serve as guides for the mentees.
