Shari Leder

ShariMy name is Shari Leder and I have a passion for GROWING PEOPLE. I am a Career Counselor/Employment Advisor at WSU Career Services and specifically assigned to the Moyes College of Education. I help others to see their own “GOLD NUGGETS” and learn to share their STORY in a professional and persuasive way. It is difficult to sell ourselves until we really own the specific talents that are within ourselves and others. My personal experience in life has shown me that life hardly ever works out like I plan. However, looking back I usually find that it was worth the journey! I appreciate the skills I acquired during the climb. I do honor THE HAPPENSTANCE LEARNING THEORY by Krumboltz and the scientifically studied POST TRAUMATIC GROWTH. I BELIEVE in HIGHER EDUCATION! It is not only worth the cost but ultimately priceless!
